Three ways to get on the schedule. You get a confirmation by email, and he gets a notice on his phone.
About 15 minutes
Not sure you need a visit? Tell him what's going on and he'll call you back. Often he can say whether it's worth fixing, or what part it needs, before anyone drives anywhere.
Have ready: The appliance's brand and model, and what it's doing (or not doing).
2-hour arrival window
He comes to you. Pick a window and he confirms it after checking your address and the problem. Trip fee TBD, applied to the repair.
Have ready: A clear path to the appliance, and a photo of the model/serial tag texted ahead if you can.
15–30 minutes, during shop hours
Bring in something small to fix, or come look at an appliance for sale. The shop is at 421 S 6th St.
Have ready: The appliance, or the listing you want to see.
